About the Role
TechVora is a technology consultancy helping businesses adopt modern cloud, automation, and AI solutions. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong AI/ML chops to join our Software & AI Automation team. You'll build production software, AI-powered applications, and intelligent automation workflows for real clients — with direct exposure to cutting-edge AI tooling and the chance to grow your scope as you grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Design and build full stack web applications (frontend + backend) for client projects
- Develop AI-powered features including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents
- Work with Azure AI Foundry to build, deploy, and manage AI/LLM solutions
- Automate business workflows using AI tools and integrations
- Collaborate directly with clients during technical discovery and delivery
- Help clients adopt and integrate AI tools into their existing systems
What We're Looking For
- Solid full stack development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frontend framework, Node.js/Python or similar backend)
- Hands-on experience building RAG systems and/or AI agents
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry (or strong willingness/aptitude to ramp up quickly)
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Comfortable working directly with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Self-starter who can manage their own projects with minimal oversight
- Must be based in Houston, TX
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
- Experience with vector databases (Azure AI Search, etc.)
- Prior consulting or client-facing technical experience
