Job Title: Data Scientist / Data Visualization Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist / Data Visualization Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights while designing compelling dashboards and visualizations that support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations using business intelligence tools.

- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to identify trends and generate insights.

- Design and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.

- Support the development and optimization of data pipelines and reporting processes.

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

- Document analytical methodologies, reports, and technical processes.

- Stay up to date with the latest data science, AI, and visualization technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Experience with data analysis using Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.

- Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
