As a Deep Learning Scientist, you will design and implement advanced neural network architectures to solve complex problems. You will translate theoretical research into high-performance models, optimizing training processes for large-scale distributed environments and specialized hardware.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and refine custom deep learning model architectures for specialized tasks.
- Implement and optimize large-scale distributed training workflows across multiple GPU nodes.
- Apply mixed-precision training and other optimization techniques to improve computational efficiency.
- Enhance model performance through deep PyTorch expertise and custom operator development.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate complex deep learning systems into production-ready infrastructure.
- Monitor and tune training dynamics to ensure the stability and convergence of large-scale models.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or a related research field.
- Mastery of Python and deep expertise in PyTorch for developing custom model architectures.
- Proven experience with distributed training and GPU optimization techniques at scale.
- Hands-on experience implementing mixed-precision training to improve computational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of large-scale model development and training optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
