We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers and bridge the gap between business problems, data systems, and AI-powered applications. This role combines technical implementation, customer engagement, data integration, and solution engineering.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying Superatom AI within customer environments, integrating enterprise data sources, understanding business workflows, configuring AI applications, and ensuring successful adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-facing communication.

Customer Engagement & Discovery-
- Work directly with customer stakeholders including CIOs, IT teams, business users, and functional heads. Understand customer business processes, KPIs, reporting requirements, and operational challenges. Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Data Integration & Deployment
- Integrate enterprise data sources such as ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, SCM, and Data Warehouses.
- Configure data pipelines, APIs, database connections, and semantic models.
- Deploy and configure Superatom AI within customer cloud or on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams on infrastructure, networking, security, and access management. Solution Configuration
- Build business-specific dashboards, reports, AI agents, and decision-support applications.
- Configure business logic, KPIs, alerts, workflows, and data models.
- Validate data quality, calculations, and business outcomes with customer teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout.
Technical Problem Solving
- Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and performance issues.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer challenges. Develop reusable implementation frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance during pilot projects and enterprise rollouts.
Customer Success & Adoption
- Train users and administrators on platform capabilities.
- Drive adoption by helping customers derive measurable business value.
- Monitor deployment health and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C++, etc.). Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and backend systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in customer-facing environments.
