Role Description
KECH Development is seeking an AI Software Engineering Intern (Paid Internship) to join our Mexico City office. This is a fully on-site internship (no remote or hybrid option), designed for university students who want hands-on experience working on real-world AI and software projects within a professional environment.
This role is ideal for students studying Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. High-performing interns may be considered for a future full-time paid position, subject to performance and business needs.
Candidates must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities
● Assist in the development and deployment of AI/ML models
● Support data preparation, analysis, and model evaluation
● Collaborate closely with engineers on applied AI solutions
● Document workflows, experiments, and technical outcomes
● Work with cross-functional technical and business teams
Qualifications
● Currently enrolled university students eligible to receive academic credit
● Working knowledge of Python and core AI/ML concepts
● Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
