The Opportunity
Highspring is supporting a major Canadian financial institution on multiple strategic digital initiatives launching in Q3 2026.
We are currently seeking a React Native Developer to contribute to mobile and front-end development efforts across several large-scale modernization and integration programs within a centralized digital delivery group.
What You'll Do
As a React Native Developer, you will :
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native in a complex enterprise environment
- Contribute to the migration and modernization of legacy platforms
- Collaborate with backend and frontend developers, QA, functional analysts, and delivery leads within cross-functional squads
- Participate in initiatives involving payment systems modernization, financial data-driven solutions, and client platform integration
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability in alignment with modern development standards
- Support delivery objectives across multiple concurrent initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience developing mobile applications with React Native
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture and component-based design
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working on large-scale, regulated enterprise platforms
