Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Security Senior Consultant / Business Systems Analyst to support Deloitte project teams and client engagements. This role will analyze business and security requirements, translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, and support the design, implementation, testing, and optimization of security models across Oracle Cloud environments.
The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and client leadership to ensure Oracle Cloud solutions support business objectives, compliance requirements, access controls, and effective risk management.
This position may support multiple client engagements. A specific client assignment may not be determined immediately upon onboarding. Contract-to-hire may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and security requirements through interviews, workshops, process reviews, and analysis of existing systems.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud security and system solutions.
- Design and configure security roles, access models, user provisioning processes, and controls within Oracle Cloud applications.
- Support security workstreams across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into role design, access, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and project leadership to design and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Support role assignment, provisioning, access reviews, security testing, remediation, and deployment activities.
- Conduct system testing and validation to confirm that Oracle Cloud solutions meet business and security requirements.
- Identify access-control issues, security defects, and segregation-of-duties conflicts, and support remediation planning.
- Document requirements, solution designs, configuration decisions, test results, defects, risks, and remediation plans.
- Support Oracle Cloud implementation, enhancement, transformation, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users and project stakeholders.
- Lead or support client workshops, security design sessions, requirements reviews, and project meetings.
- Manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Provide clear guidance and recommendations to clients and project team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, accounting, business, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Cloud security.
- At least four years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or a combination of these modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud role design, user provisioning, access controls, security testing, and segregation of duties.
- Experience supporting at least one Oracle Cloud implementation, enhancement, or transformation program.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and ability to build effective client relationships.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% on average, depending on client and project needs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud or automated controls solutions.
- Experience designing security models across multiple Oracle Cloud modules.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, risk management, or security remediation activities.
- Experience leading client workshops, security design sessions, or requirements reviews.
- Oracle Cloud certification.
- Experience with reporting security, integration security, or environment migration activities.
- Experience leading Oracle Cloud security projects or workstreams.
