Why This Role Is Important
- Serves as the operational point person between national customers and franchise locations
- Oversees quoting, purchase orders, scheduling, order tracking, billing and customer updates
- Determines the best franchise location for each project based on geography and capabilities
- Resolves service issues and keeps complex, time-sensitive projects moving
- Creates the structure and visibility needed to support continued growth
The Background That Fits
- Experience in national accounts, fleet operations, customer success or multi-location service coordination
- Experience using AI as a thought partner to solve problems
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving and follow-through
- Comfortable managing customer escalations and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Smartsheet or similar business systems
- Automotive, fleet, franchise or vehicle-upfitting experience is helpful but not required
