Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced GenAI Developer / AI-ML Engineer to join a high-impact Banking AI initiative.
- This role focuses on designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale MLOps practices.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, NLP, LangChain/OpenAI/Hugging Face, AWS SageMaker, Airflow, and modern ML deployment frameworks.
✅ Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
🤖 Generative AI & LLMs
- 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience in model development, optimization, and advanced ML techniques.
- Strong experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hugging Face Transformers
- LangChain
- OpenAI APIs
- LLM evaluation and performance measurement.
🧠 NLP Expertise
Hands-on experience in:
- Entity Recognition
- Text Summarization
- Text Classification
- NLP Model Development
💻 Programming
Strong coding experience in:
- Python (Highest Priority)
- Java (Required)
- C++
☁️ Cloud & MLOps
Experience with:
- AWS (Preferred)
- Azure
- GCP
- MLOps tools and ML lifecycle management
Important AWS Skills:
- AWS SageMaker
- S3
- Lambda

Experience building and maintaining:
- Airflow DAGs
- ML Workflow Orchestration
