The Collections Officer is responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.
Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans
- Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses
- Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank
- Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager

- Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided
- Well versed in the bank products and processes
- Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space
- Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills
