Description
- Lead and manage a regional network transition/migration project across multiple Asia markets, ensuring successful delivery within timeline and scope.
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate closely with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, country teams, vendors, and project sponsors.
- Manage complex cross-functional workstreams and dependencies within a large enterprise environment.
- Prepare project status reports, executive updates, RAID logs, and steering committee materials.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential, with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders across different countries.
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably in infrastructure, network, or technology transformation projects.
- Network migration/infrastructure experience is advantageous but not mandatory; strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are the key success factors.

- Experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of enterprise project delivery experience.
- Proven track record managing regional or multinational projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and regional teams simultaneously.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.
- Experience in infrastructure or network-related projects is preferred but not essential.
