Job Description
- Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer with 12+ years of experience in AI, software engineering, and business transformation.
- The ideal candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, build GenAI solutions, develop AI agents, RAG applications, and deploy prototypes within 90 days. Strong stakeholder management and domain expertise in Finance, Banking, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commodities are required.
Must-Have Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- Python (Mandatory)
- Hands-on Generative AI & LLMs (OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI Agents / Multi-Agent Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Prompt Engineering
- Azure Cloud (Preferred), AWS/GCP acceptable
- SQL & NoSQL databases
- ETL/ELT, Data Modeling
- Docker & Kubernetes
- REST APIs / API Integration
- Enterprise systems knowledge (SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM)
- Strong stakeholder/client-facing communication
- Domain expertise in Finance, Banking, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commodities
- Experience building AI prototypes/POCs and driving business transformation
