Company Description cBloom, accessible via huesealife.web.app, is an early-stage venture focused on building data-driven solutions at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and everyday life. The company is exploring innovative ways to use data science and modern web technologies to create products that improve decision-making and user experiences. As a growing organization, cBloom offers opportunities for meaningful impact on product direction, technical architecture, and business strategy. Team members are encouraged to experiment, iterate quickly, and collaborate across disciplines to shape the company’s future.
Role Description As a Co-Founder and Data Scientist at cBloom, you will play a dual role in leading both the technical and strategic direction of the company. You will collaborate closely with other founders to define the product roadmap, test hypotheses with real users, and refine the business model based on data-driven experimentation. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. You will also help build the core team, establish best practices in engineering and analytics, and represent the company in discussions with partners, investors, and early customers.
