We are seeking a Workday Solution Architect to work out of Chicago, IL
Required Skills
• Proven Workday Extend implementation experience
• Lead solution architecture/design based on business requirements
• Strong knowledge of Extend design patterns & best practices
• Experience with security, integrations, workflows & data design
• Identify Extend platform limitations and recommend alternatives
• Experience with performance & scalability
• Review technical designs and development approaches
• Troubleshoot complex issues across development, testing & deployment
• Identify technical risks and implementation challenges
Most Important
Must have real Workday Extend implementation leadership experience — not just general Workday HCM, configuration, or integration experience.
