Founders Careers is working with a Series C-funded Food & Beverage (F&B) / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand that is a well-known new-age player in the tea and café space. The company is now scaling its D2C and Quick Commerce business and is looking for a builder-minded D2C Business Manager to drive product, growth, digital brand building and category expansion.
Role Overview:
We are looking for someone who has built and scaled a consumer business, ideally in D2C, FMCG or F&B, and is comfortable owning the business end-to-end.
You will have significant ownership across:
- Identifying core customer insights and translating them into a strong product-market fit.
- Developing and launching differentiated packaged products.
- Building and scaling the brand across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Developing the operating playbook for Quick Commerce and managing platform relationships.
- Driving performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention.
- Building the packaged-products brand digitally through social media and influencer-led marketing.
- Owning key decisions around e-commerce budgets, pricing and product launches.
- Managing business performance with a strong focus on growth, margins and commercial outcomes.
