We're hiring a Production Coordinator at Luma Creative / Westwave AV.
We're a small Bay Area shop doing film production, with some AV event work alongside it. We're looking for someone to keep our shoots running smoothly — scheduling, crew and gear, budgets, call sheets, and all the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes a production actually happen.
Here's the thing: we're hiring for the person more than the resume. The two traits we care about most are being a genuine self-starter and having an obsessive eye for detail. If you're the kind of person who catches the mistake everyone else missed, and who moves on a problem without waiting to be told — you're who we're looking for. No deep AV background required; a willingness to learn that side is enough.
Details:
• Full-time, W2
• $28–32/hr depending on experience
• Bay Area local (some in-person shoot days + occasional location scouts)
• Film-first, with AV event work alongside
