Role Overview

Seeking an entrepreneurial and highly organized operator to help manage talent and drive

brand partnership revenue across our creator network. This role serves as a key player in

building and scaling high-impact collaborations between creators, brands, and internal teams.

This is a hands-on position for a pragmatic, proactive, and creative professional who thrives in

fast-moving environments, has a deep understanding of internet culture and the creator

economy, and excels at making things happen. You will work directly with creators, brands, and

cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, close deals, manage partnerships, and help

scale a modern, high-performing talent network.

You are a dynamic relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset, capable of balancing

creator advocacy with brand objectives to deliver meaningful revenue growth. The ideal

candidate brings both strategic thinking and executional excellence to the table, with a proven

ability to navigate the evolving creator landscape and turn relationships into scalable business

opportunities.

Director, Talent Partnership Marketing

Responsibilities

● Manage and strengthen day-to-day relationships with creators and talent across the

network.

● Source, negotiate, and close brand partnership opportunities with agencies and direct

brand clients.

● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads, strategic partnerships, and revenuegenerating

opportunities.

● Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across creators, brands, and internal

teams.

● Support creators in growing their businesses by identifying new revenue streams and

partnership opportunities.

● Pitch talent, creative concepts, and custom campaigns to agencies and brand partners.

● Track and manage deal flow, outreach efforts, contracts, and campaign deliverables

end-to-end.

● Stay deeply immersed in social media trends, emerging platforms, creator culture,

music, and internet culture to inform strategy and opportunities.

● Operate with an owner’s mindset — proactively identifying and solving problems with

urgency and resourcefulness.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

● 4+ years of experience in talent management, creator partnerships, media sales,

entertainment, influencer marketing, or a related field.

● Bachelor’s degree required.

● Experience pricing and executing small and large budget campaigns that include

strategy, content, talent, events, and creator-focused executions.

● Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and timemanagement

skills.

● Strong communicator and relationship builder with excellent verbal and written

communication skills.

● Comfortable thriving in fast-paced startup environments.

● Experience working across stakeholders and teams with the ability to oversee complex

deliverables and key milestones.

● Deep passion for creators, internet culture, music, entertainment, and evolving social

platforms.

● Positive attitude with a genuine passion for pop-culture and the Gen Y, Gen Z, and

Alpha media landscape.

● Experience working with influencers, creators, talent, or digital media is strongly

preferred.

● Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or creators is a significant plus.

● Experience negotiating and closing deals or partnerships is a plus.

● Strong proficiency in AI, Google Suite, and Keynote.
