Growth Systems & AI Marketing Manager
Dallas, TX | Individual Contributor
Are you a marketer who likes building systems more than managing agencies?
Our Dallas-based corporate travel technology client is rebuilding its platform around an AI-first approach to travel, expense, events, and payments—and we're looking for our first dedicated growth hire.
This is a hands-on builder role. You'll design the growth engine from scratch, use AI and automation to make it smarter, and connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue.
What you'll build
- AI-powered lead sourcing: Identify, enrich, score, and qualify target accounts using AI, data, and automation.
- Growth experiments: Test channels, audiences, messaging, and campaigns—and use the data to decide what scales.
- Revenue analytics: Build the funnel measurement and dashboards connecting marketing → qualified pipeline → revenue.
- Automated workflows: Connect CRM, enrichment, sequencing, AI, and other tools to eliminate manual work.
- GTM campaigns: Personally create and ship landing pages, email programs, case studies, sales enablement, and campaign assets.
- AI-assisted marketing: Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, v0, Figma Make, or whatever comes next to move faster.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 3–7 years in growth marketing, demand generation, GTM, marketing ops, RevOps, or a similar growth-focused role.
- Have built something from zero—a channel, system, workflow, campaign, or process.
- Think in pipeline, conversion, attribution, and revenue, not just clicks and impressions.
- Use AI every day to solve real problems, not just to write the occasional email.
- Are comfortable working with CRM and marketing data and digging into spreadsheets, dashboards, SQL, APIs, or scripting when needed.
- Can explain how you'd build an AI-assisted account sourcing and qualification workflow from end to end.
- Like being the person who figures it out and ships it.
This is NOT
❌ An agency-management role
❌ A traditional brand marketing role
❌ An events-only role
❌ A people-management position
❌ A "strategy deck → hand it to someone else" job
It's a build, test, measure, automate, repeat role.
If you've ever thought, "There has to be a better way to do this—I should just build it," we'd like to meet you.
