Skills
· Strong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining PBIs in an Agile/Scrum environment.
· Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
· Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, particularly in search, LLMs, vector embeddings, and semantic search.
· Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize features based on value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
· Familiarity with knowledge management systems and integrating AI into enterprise search.
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Will be running SCRUM based product meetings, wiring PBI's and Backlogs, Need 2-3 years of Product Ownership experience
- Manager values aptitude to learn new things, adaptability, critical thinking, versus heavily experienced professionals for the role
- Manager is building out a new GEN AI team and this role will be a key part of that organization
