We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to help develop and deliver sales enablement content that supports business goals and strengthens customer-facing messaging. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally on branded, compliant collateral in a collaborative environment where creativity, adaptability, and strong execution are valued.
Responsibilities
- Create and update sales enablement materials, including collateral and presentation content, to support business line objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to develop branded, compliant marketing deliverables
- Translate business needs into clear, engaging content that supports sales efforts and customer communication
- Contribute to end-to-end content development with a hands-on approach across a variety of tasks and priorities
- Use research, feedback, and performance insights to help shape content and improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Support a collaborative team environment by working independently when needed and adapting quickly to changing priorities
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, content development, or related work
- Experience creating sales collateral or sales enablement materials
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including working with templates and presentation-based content
- Basic design experience with an eye for clear, polished, and professional materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance several projects at once
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable pivoting when priorities shift
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services
- Background in payments or investment services
- Experience working on customer-centric, data-informed marketing content
- Ability to contribute ideas and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working on a variety of content types with minimal oversight
