Company Description: Enginu-IT has partnered with a fast-growing InsurTech company transforming the insurance claims process through AI, automation and specialist claims expertise. Founded in 2024, the company operates as a technology-enabled Third-Party Administrator (TPA), helping insurers and MGAs manage claims faster, more efficiently and with greater accuracy by combining proprietary AI technology with experienced claims professionals to automate areas such as claims assessment, fraud detection, eligibility checks and reporting, while maintaining a strong focus on the policyholder experience.
Role Description
- Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed up assessments, and enhance customer experience
- Work with insurance specialists to turn claims processes into AI-driven workflows
- Deploy machine learning solutions at scale
- Help build the engineering team and shape the technical culture from the ground up
- Work closely with founders and learn how to scale a startup from 0 to 1
Tech stack:

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong preference for candidates from hyperscalers or strong early-stage startups like YC startups.
