Job Overview

Pay Range: $32.00hr - $37.00hr

Requirement/Must Have

- 5-7 years of HRIS experience.

- Strong PeopleSoft HCM expertise.

- Advanced PeopleSoft Query development, enhancement, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong Excel and data skills.

- Experience with HRIS troubleshooting and system/interface failures.

- Experience with integrations between PeopleSoft, Payroll, Compensation, and other systems.

- Experience with UAT and software lifecycle testing.

- Experience working between HR and IT functions.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Outstanding operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead HRIS initiatives by partnering with HR and non-HR business units.

- Act as the primary liaison between IT, end-users, and project teams to bridge the gap between business processes and technical system capabilities.

- Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, functional design, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Evaluate and establish HRIS project priorities based on business impact, scalability, and resource availability.

- Refine the target operating model between HR and HR IT to enhance user experience and eliminate manual interventions through automation.

- Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert to drive strategic design alignment between local and global teams.

- Provide advanced technical support to HR professionals and end-users for all HR-developed applications and enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HRIS data discrepancies and interface failures.

- Execute the HRIS control framework to ensure system activities and data handling comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with IT to manage the development backlog, tracking pipeline progress and communicating system changes to stakeholders.

- Oversee the administration of specialized HR Java-based applications and audit employee lifecycle data including hires, transfers, and terminations.

- Ensure data accuracy by designing and executing complex queries, data reconciliations, and integrity audits.

- Develop advanced queries and reports to validate the integrity of employee information and support business inquiries.

- Support system configuration changes and large-scale employee record updates.

- Manage complex data uploads and perform critical reconciliations between PeopleSoft HCM and ancillary systems such as Payroll and Compensation platforms.
