Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Build high-performance RESTful APIs and distributed backend services.
- Develop secure, reliable, and scalable microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and technical standards.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2–3 years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Multithreading.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Unit/Integration Testing.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
