Every slow list, every clumsy form, every unclear state costs them deals. The interface isn't decoration here — it's the product. We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who builds interfaces that feel fast, obvious, and calm: complex data, dense workflows, zero friction.
Responsibilities
- Build the product UI: search, matching, pipelines, dashboards, dense data views
- Own our component library and design system implementation in React and TypeScript
- Turn complex commercial real estate workflows into interfaces that need no manual
- Obsess over performance: load time, interaction latency, rendering at scale
- Build accessible, responsive interfaces that hold up on desktop and on the road
- Work closely with design and backend — short loops, no handoff theater
- Ship the marketing site alongside the product when it matters
Requirements
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, plus modern CSS
- Experience with Next.js or a comparable modern framework
- You think in components and systems, not one-off screens
- A sharp eye for layout, spacing, states, and motion — you notice what's off
- Comfort owning a feature from empty file to deployed
- Bonus: data-heavy UIs, tables/virtualization, charts, animation libraries
- Bonus: an eye for performance budgets and Core Web Vitals
- Open to strong Entry and Junior candidates with a portfolio of shipped work
- Business-fluent English; German a plus, not required
