We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager who can own the product journey from customer problem → product vision → 0→1 → scale.

What You’ll Own
→ Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Agentic AI platform.
→ Identify high-value enterprise problems and turn them into scalable AI products.
→ Work directly with customers and senior stakeholders to discover problems, validate solutions and drive adoption.
→ Partner closely with AI and engineering teams building LLM, RAG, AI Agents, multi-agent systems, MCP/tools, knowledge systems, memory and AI workflows.
→ Drive products end-to-end: discovery → hypothesis → PRD → MVP → production → scale.
→ Establish product success metrics across AI quality, reliability, adoption, business impact and cost.
→ Make tough prioritisation decisions across customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
→ Help build the AI product management culture and practices as the organisation scales.
What We’re Looking For
✓ 8+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B/enterprise technology.
✓ Strong experience with AI/ML, GenAI or Agentic AI products.
✓ Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, multi-agent architectures, MCP/tools and AI orchestration.
✓ Proven ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clear product strategy and execution.
✓ Comfortable operating at both strategic and technical depth.
✓ Strong customer-facing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
✓ Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech is a strong advantage.
