🚀 We’re hiring: DevOps / MLOps Engineer | Bangalore
At Soil Ecoculture, we’re building technology for environmental assets and intelligence.
As we scale our AI and technology stack, we’re looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of DevOps, MLOps and software engineering.
This is not a pure software development role.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of:
• Cloud infrastructure
• CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Docker, Linux and production servers
• Monitoring, backups and reliability
• Security, secrets and access management
• AI/ML workload deployment and integration
• APIs, automation and production workflows
Good to have:
AWS / GCP / Azure / Cloudflare
Docker + GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
Python / Bash
LLM applications, RAG and vector databases
Model inference APIs
Kubernetes / Terraform / Ansible
The right person should be comfortable moving between code, cloud infrastructure and AI systems and figuring out how to make things actually work in production.
