Its B2B agentic-AI platform is already live across enterprises in 35+ countries. We're looking for the FDE who will open the Japan market from the front line.
What You'll Do
- Pinpoint enterprise clients' hardest operational problems and turn them into clear technical KPIs.
- Convert ambiguous requirements into solid engineering designs and execution plans.
- Build and integrate production AI agents right on top of clients' legacy infrastructure.
- Own the entire lifecycle, from problem definition through launch and optimization.
- Drive reliability, latency, and performance in live environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering: you show it by building, not talking.
- A strong record of technical problem-solving, from code to architecture.
- A translator between business and engineering who can scope solutions with sales and product teams.
- High-agency: you set direction and push decisions through ambiguity.
- Excellent English, plus fluency in Japanese, to lead technical and business discussions with multinational clients.
