- Experience developing automated operational workflows, runbooks, self-healing mechanisms, and remediation solutions using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and orchestration frameworks
- strong Agentic AI development experience with modern programming languages
- Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Microsoft AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI Agents SDK for building enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience in designing RAG-based solutions using vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, and implementing enterprise knowledge repositories and incident knowledge graphs.
