We are creating an AI-native platform that helps engineering teams execute the software delivery lifecycle with speed, quality, and control - from planning and implementation to testing, release, governance, and production feedback.
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer I who is passionate about building scalable applications, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and wants to work at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that power Revolte's AI-native platform.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces and robust backend services for production environments.
- Develop secure, well-documented RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly across the platform.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Designers, Platform Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver customer-centric features.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities and automation into user workflows and developer experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Build reusable components and contribute to scalable frontend and backend architecture.
- Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Continuously improve application performance, security, reliability, and user experience.
- Stay current with modern technologies, frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software.
- Ability to work across frontend and backend technologies in a collaborative environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning AI technologies, cloud platforms, and modern developer tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills
Frontend
- JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- React.js or Next.js
- HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
- State management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
- Responsive and accessible UI development
Backend
- Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI)
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- API integrations and asynchronous programming
Database & Cloud
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
- Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, or WebSockets.
- Exposure to DevOps, observability, or platform engineering concepts.
