AI Product Manager
Compensation: Up to $250,000pa + Bonus + Equity

We're partnering with a fast-growing technology organisation that is investing heavily in AI-driven transformation across its operations, customer lifecycle and commercial functions.
As an AI Product Manager, you'll be embedded within strategic AI initiatives, helping redesign business processes from the ground up and turning complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions.
This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work directly with subject matter experts, Data Science teams, engineering partners and senior stakeholders to create products that deliver measurable business impact.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with users, and building AI products that fundamentally change how work gets done.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Map and analyse existing processes and identify AI opportunities
- Create product requirements, process maps, and design briefs
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions
- Manage day-to-day execution of AI initiatives
- Drive user adoption and measure business outcomes
What We're Looking
- For3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, GenAI, LLMs, or automation solutions
- Strong discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business problems into product solutions
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
