That’s why we’re building a talent pipeline for an AI Product Owner—someone who can shape, prioritise and bring to life AI-driven products and solutions that empower our people and drive smarter ways of working.

In the near future, you could be:
- Owning and shaping the AI product roadmap, focused on delivering high-impact, business-critical solutions
- Identifying and prioritising AI use cases that improve both operational efficiency and employee experience
- Working closely with IT, business teams, and leadership to translate needs into clear product visions and deliverables
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and design to rollout and continuous improvement
- Ensuring AI solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and truly adopted across teams
- Helping define how we build and manage AI products responsibly and sustainably
