Research Scientist at BairesDev
As a Research Scientist, you will push the boundaries of machine learning by developing novel algorithms and conducting rigorous experiments. You will transition theoretical concepts into state-of-the-art models, contributing to the broader AI community through high-impact research and publications.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement innovative machine learning algorithms to solve complex data challenges.
- Conduct large-scale experiments using PyTorch to validate research hypotheses and improve model performance.
- Document research findings and contribute to top-tier AI/ML publications and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced research into production-ready solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to identify new opportunities for algorithmic innovation.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Research, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in conducting ML research and developing novel algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience in running complex experiments and publishing findings in major AI venues.
- Strong background in experimental design and advanced mathematical modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
