About the Role
Multiplier AI is looking for an experienced GMB / Google Business Profile SEO Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Business Profile management, Google Maps SEO, and Local SEO.
The ideal candidate should have 4–5+ years of relevant experience and proven experience managing 500+ Google Business Profiles/locations.
This role requires someone who has practical experience improving Google Maps rankings, Local Pack visibility, profile engagement, leads, and conversions across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize 500+ Google Business Profiles across multiple locations.
- Improve Google Maps and Local Pack rankings through effective GBP and Local SEO strategies.
- Optimize GBP categories, services, descriptions, attributes, photos, posts, and other profile elements.
- Conduct local keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Handle bulk profile updates, verification, ownership, and access management.
- Identify and resolve duplicate listings, suspended profiles, verification issues, and Google compliance problems.
- Monitor GBP performance, including:
- Calls
- Website clicks
- Direction requests
- Profile engagement
- Leads and conversions
- Monitor local rankings and identify underperforming locations.
- Manage local citations and maintain NAP consistency.
- Coordinate with SEO/content teams on local landing pages, schema, and location-based SEO.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop scalable processes for managing a large number of GBP locations efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in GMB/Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
- Proven experience managing 500+ GBP profiles/locations.
- Strong understanding of Google Maps and Local Pack ranking factors.
- Practical experience with multi-location Local SEO.
- Experience handling GBP suspensions, reinstatements, duplicates, verification, and ownership issues.
- Strong knowledge of local citations, NAP consistency, hyperlocal SEO, and local landing pages.
- Experience tracking local rankings, calls, clicks, directions, leads, and conversions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage large-scale GBP operations.
