Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute equity and debt fundraising initiatives, including Series A/B/C financing and strategic financing projects.
- Prepare fundraising materials, including investor presentations, financial models, business plans, and due diligence documentation.
- Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with venture capital, private equity, family offices, strategic investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate and support investor due diligence, negotiations, transaction documentation, and deal execution.
- Maintain and assist building a funnel of equity investors
- Work closely with the CEO and CCO, and business teams to develop financing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and funding scenarios.
- Monitor capital markets, financing trends, competitor analysis, and investor sentiment to identify fundraising opportunities.
- Coordinate with external advisors, including investment banks, auditors, legal counsels, and tax advisors.
- Support Series A and other rounds preparation and capital market activities when required. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, investors, and the Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA is an advantage.
- 10 years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance.
- Experience working with venture capital, institutional investors, family offices, or banks.
- Familiarity with startup financing, shareholder agreements, term sheets, and investment documentation.
- Experience in AI, Internet, SaaS, or technology companies is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting series A, B and IPO preparation or capital market transactions is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with international investors, financial institutions, and professional advisors.
