Job Description
As a Mfg Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mechanical Systems & Components (MSC) business unit. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our MSC business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support manufacturing engineering projects by assisting in process development, testing, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and equipment specifications.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The hourly salary range for this position is $26.56-$33.23. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.s. Person Requirements
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
YOU MUST HAVE
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience with operating automation equipment and associated computers
- Experience with Draftsight (CAD) or equivalent and creating detailed documents using Excel, Word and photo capture software.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
Preferred
- AS degree in electronics, manufacturing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience working with auto epoxy dispense, pick and place and wire bonding equipment.
