Project Delivery & Fulfillment
Primary accountable party for project delivery and fulfillment management. Define and achieve project objectives, coordinate and manage delivery resources, lead the project team (in-house + ecosystem partners) in developing detailed delivery plans and solutions. Deliver high-quality project outcomes within the approved budget, secure client acceptance, and take ownership of customer satisfaction.
Full lifecycle planning and management for single or multiple delivery projects, including: defining and managing project objectives, project plans and milestones; managing project delivery costs and minimizing variance between forecast and actuals.
Identify and analyze project risks and issues; manage key stakeholders; establish effective communication mechanisms; mobilize delivery resources (including timely escalation to senior management) to swiftly develop solutions; lead resolution of critical risks and issues through to closure.
Pre-sales Support. Clearly define the scope of client service requirements. Through the deliverability review process, effectively identify potential project risks (and align relevant stakeholders — BD, SA, PDSA, TM, TAM, etc. — to reach consensus on viable risk mitigation plans), assess delivery costs, review project contracts, and coordinate with TM, TAM, and product/engineering teams to produce high-quality, fulfillable service SOWs.
Post-delivery O&M and Renewal Coordination. During the project acceptance phase, assist the TAM in establishing the client's day-to-day O&M framework, conduct necessary knowledge transfer, and ensure a smooth handover from delivery to operations. Safeguard O&M resourcing and service quality, and follow through to drive renewal of O&M service contracts.
Service Ecosystem Delivery Management. Organize ecosystem partners (MSPs) to execute project delivery, and coordinate acceptance and settlement with partners in line with project progress. Upon project completion, conduct delivery quality assessments of partner performance. In alignment with business strategy, drive the selection and development of high-performing MSPs to improve overall delivery efficiency.
Solution Standardization and Knowledge Accumulation. Throughout the project delivery lifecycle, gather client feedback on products, services, and PMO processes, and drive relevant departments to implement improvements that enhance delivery efficiency.
