Role Description This part-time remote role combines responsibilities of an Instructional Designer and a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. The team member will design and structure online courses and learning paths for CAD/CAM/CAE topics, including creating storyboards, defining learning objectives, and organizing training modules. Daily activities include conducting needs analysis, collaborating on curriculum plans, preparing assessments, and ensuring content is optimized for online delivery via the LMS or video-based platforms. The role also involves managing course enrollment, tracking learner progress, maintaining learning data, and continuously improving the user experience based on feedback and learning outcomes.

- Candidates should possess skills in Needs Analysis and Learning Management to identify learner requirements and manage online learning environments effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create structured, engaging, and outcomes-driven training content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to support learners, refine training approaches, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE software and technical education content is highly beneficial.
- Experience with LMS platforms, online course creation tools, or video-based learning delivery is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
- A background in education, instructional design, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
