RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies for the warehousing category, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, trade, and corporate standards

- Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities; conduct benchmarking studies, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.

- Analyze warehousing data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and cost optimization

- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for warehousing services

- Prepare tender data and inputs based on business needs, and evaluate supplier proposals and scenarios

- Negotiate contracts to secure the best value and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions

- Develop and manage relationships with key warehousing & logistics providers

- Conduct regular business reviews and support supplier performance management (e.g., cost and service quality).

- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to support logistics planning and network design through supplier engagement and process optimization.

- Explore and implement innovative warehousing solutions (e.g., bidding platforms, green logistics).

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics.

- 3+ years of experience in a procurement environment, with a strong focus on the logistics category (experience in warehousing category will be advantage)

- Experience with procurement systems and bidding platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications, including Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple queries effectively

- Experience working in international teams within a matrix organization and a multicultural environment.
