職務概要:
アナリスト（TS）は、財務デューデリジェンス（FDD）案件の基礎的なサポートを担い、シニアメンバーの指導のもとで調査、財務分析、資料作成を行います。
主な業務内容:
- 会計基準、財務分析、Excel、PowerPoint、リサーチ等の知見・スキルを活用してFDDの基礎的業務をサポートする
- シニアスタッフの指示に従い、割り当てられたタスクを正確に実行する
必要なスキル・資質:
- 学士号/専攻: 会計、ファイナンス等
- 会計知識、FDD、財務分析、Excel・PowerPoint等のスキル
- 必要資格: 簿記検定2級以上
- 日本語スキル（日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2相当以上）および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
- 日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
- 歓迎スキル: 英語、Power BI、Tableau

Job Title: Analyst, Transaction Services (TS) - Japan
Role Overview
The Analyst, Transaction Services (TS) plays a foundational role in supporting financial due diligence (FDD) engagements by performing research, financial analysis, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Possess essential FDD skills (accounting standards, financial analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, research, etc.).
- Follow instructions from senior staff and execute assigned tasks accurately.
Skills / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, etc.
- Accounting knowledge, FDD, financial analysis, excel skills, power points, etc.
- Desirable skills (English, Power BI, Tableau)
- Certifications in Japan Bookkeeping (Level 2 or above)
- Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
- Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
