About the Role
As a Relationship Manager – Corporate Coverage in the Wholesale Banking division, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving business growth within regulatory and risk frameworks. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, offering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Understand client needs, business models, and sector dynamics to structure effective solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and campaign-led customer penetration.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and prevent potential losses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to meet business objectives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Compliance adherence and reporting accuracy
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high asset quality
Secondary Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Postgraduate: MBA from a premier institute preferred
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management
Skills and Attributes
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Deep understanding of corporate banking products and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex client requirements
