What You'll Do
- Manage, direct, and supervise projects to ensure conformance with contract requirements related to time, quality, and budget
- Serve as primary client contact to establish project schedules and expectations
- Lead electrical systems design and make calculations integral to project delivery
- Apply applicable building codes, regulations, and client design standards
- Assist with business development efforts to maintain and grow client base
- Support proposal team in preparation of RFP responses including project write-ups and resumes
- Assist in preparation of fee proposals for the division
- Manage and supervise engineering staff as the team grows
Must-Have Qualifications
✅ PE license preferred — licensed in at least one U.S. state with ability to obtain Texas licensure (EIT considered)
✅ B.S. in Electrical Engineering
✅ 5+ years of experience in electrical design and analysis for building construction projects
✅ Project Management Experience Required
✅ Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
✅ Government, Healthcare, Or Higher Education Project Experience Preferred
✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available
