Manufacturing Supervisor – Thermal Spray & Coatings
Location: Windsor, CT | 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Lead the operation where advanced coating technology meets demanding customer commitments. My client needs a hands-on manufacturing leader who can own production scheduling, guide the team, and keep critical work moving—while still knowing when to jump onto the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Schedule production staff and set daily priorities
- Own workflow and customer delivery commitments
- Lead, coach, and support production employees
- Communicate directly with customers on schedules and status
- Provide hands-on support with setup, spraying, blasting, packing, and process improvements
About You
- Manufacturing supervisory, lead, or team-lead capabilities
- Thermal spray, coatings, or related manufacturing knowledge
- Strong scheduling, prioritization, and customer communication skills
- Comfortable leading people while working alongside them
