Position Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for field leadership and on-site management of large-scale commercial and mission critical electrical projects. This role oversees daily field operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities
- Coordinate manpower planning and daily work assignments
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget alignment
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate with general contractors and other trades
- Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve field performance
- Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards
- Identify and resolve field-related challenges in a timely manner
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Extensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission critical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage large field crews
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
