Job Description
- 6 to 8 years of experience in technical eLearning development or LMS integration
- Experience working with SCORM-based courses and LMS platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise learning deployments preferred
Responsibilities
- Configure and export SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant course packages
- Validate SCORM API communication including completion status, success status, bookmarking, and score reporting
- Test SCORM packages in SCORM Cloud prior to LMS deployment
- Upload courses to LMS test environments and validate tracking, reporting, and learner attempts
- Troubleshoot LMS compatibility issues and tracking inconsistencies
- Optimize publish settings for browser compatibility and performance
- Provide technical support during deployment and post go-live validation
