Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced AYUSH Supervisor to oversee production activities and ensure high-quality standards in AYUSH-based products. The ideal candidate should be locally based in Vizag and possess a strong understanding of AYUSH principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the AYUSH unit
- Ensure quality production in compliance with AYUSH, GMP, and regulatory standards
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and consistency
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to production and quality
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure product safety and compliance
- Oversee raw materials, inventory control, and usage
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the production facility
- Lead and train production staff to maintain discipline and productivity
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor s Degree in AYUSH (BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BSMS or equivalent)
- Preference for candidates local to Visakhapatnam (Vizag)
- 1 5 years of experience in AYUSH/pharmaceutical/herbal production (preferred)
- Good knowledge of GMP, AYUSH guidelines, and quality standards
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
