The HR Services Administrator (with Dutch ) provides first-level support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and delivering efficient, accurate basic transactional processing. The role ensures a positive employee experience by addressing routine HR questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes

More about the role :

- First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries

- Answering internal inquiries

- Responding to inquires and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)

- Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue

- Inputing basic employee data into the HRIS System database and / or documenting activities as requested

- Generate basic reports and performance measurements

- Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifies their accuracy

- Support in various coordinative tasks for HR

- Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations

More about you :

- Commercial training completed

- 1–2 years of HR experience

- Administrative support and HR operations

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Reliability and resilience

- Ability to work independently and self-manage

- Flexibility and openness to change

- Team collaboration and teamwork

- Customer and service orientation

- Quality-focused mindset

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Strong IT affinity

- Very good Dutch & English languages skills
