Senior Software Engineer

As the Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Own the end-to-end design, development, and operational support of core features.
- Collaborate with product, security, and AI teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Integrate AI and automation into engineering workflows, improving efficiency and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.
As the Senior Software Engineer you will have the following experience:
- Good working experience in software engineering, with a strong record of delivering real-world solutions. Financial services is a plus.
- Hands-on technical leader capable of delivering rapid, scalable, and reusable frameworks.
- Proven experience taking products and solutions from concept to launch,
- Direct experience with digital assets, blockchain technologies, or related infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong technical literacy in data infrastructure, coding best practices, and AI technologies (LLMs, AI code assist, automation agents).
- Good working experience in Python ,C# or Java.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively across cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating business needs into AI-enabled strategies and solutions with measurable impact.
- Computer Science/ Engineering/ STEM degree is highly desirable.
