Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
We are seeking a Senior AI Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the delivery of Intelligent Automation (IA), Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, product teams, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, translate business needs into technical requirements, and guide solutions from concept through deployment. You will play a key role in advancing enterprise AI adoption while ensuring alignment with business strategy, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand processes and challenges.

Analyze complex business problems and identify automation and AI opportunities.

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact between lines of business and engineering teams.

Communicate business objectives, priorities, and requirements to developers.

Ensure solutions align with business strategy and user expectations.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

Build, prioritize, and groom the product backlog.

Support product roadmap and feature planning activities.
-
Identify opportunities for Intelligent Automation (IA), AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.

Translate business use cases into AI workflow requirements.

Help define automation strategies that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Work with engineering teams to design and implement:

Facilitate backlog grooming and requirement refinement.

Ensure development teams have clear and actionable requirements.

Support system testing and automation testing activities.

Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations and obtain stakeholder approval.

Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.

Communicate impacts and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

Escalate concerns that could affect delivery timelines or business outcomes.

Ensure solutions comply with:

Key Requirements:

7+ years of Business Analysis, Product Owner, Product Management, or related experience.

Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and Agile delivery processes.

Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations.
AI & Automation Experience

Strong understanding of: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, AI Orchestration Platforms

Experience helping define and deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Familiarity with AI/ML deployments within enterprise or regulated environments.

Understanding of Responsible AI and AI Governance principles.
