Job Summary
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join our growing San Jose practice. This full-time position is structured over four clinical days per week and offers a balanced mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology.
The ideal candidate is an excellent clinician who values patient relationships, teamwork, and high-quality care. Cosmetic experience is welcomed but not required. We provide training and mentorship in lasers, energy-based devices, injectables, and cosmetic treatment planning.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat a broad range of skin, hair, and nail conditions
* Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Perform biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other office-based dermatologic procedures
* Provide cosmetic consultations and treatments based on experience and training
* Counsel patients regarding treatment options, prevention, and ongoing skin health
* Review pathology, laboratory results, and follow-up care
* Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
* Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient patient care
* Contribute to clinical quality, education, and continuous improvement within the practice
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
* Board certification or board eligibility in dermatology
* Active or attainable California medical license in good standing
* Strong clinical skills in general medical and procedural dermatology
* Interest in cosmetic dermatology and continued professional development
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Collaborative and patient-centered approach
* Commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and high-quality care
* Comfort using electronic health records and learning new clinical technologies

Pay: $400,000.00 - $850,000.00 per year
