Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and UI Designer to join our team at Arrise, powering Pragmatic Play. You'll design high-quality visuals that enhance user experience and align with our brand. Collaborating across teams, you'll play a key role in shaping engaging and functional designs for our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce design assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations optimised for various devices and screen sizes.
- Design visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Research and stay updated with industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging tools.
- Partner with UX designers to craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces.
- Focus on asset optimisation and file efficiency, ensuring high-quality visuals without impacting performance.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in graphic and UI/UX design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI/UX design works.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Basic understanding of u ser-centered design principles.
- Experience creating assets for web, mobile, and gaming platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and take creative direction.
- Familiarity with asset optimisation techniques for responsive and performance-focused design.
